Welcome to TrustChain AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustChain AI proxy service, APIs, website, and related software (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TrustChain AI provides an API proxy and middleware platform designed to scan, redact, and audit traffic between your applications and third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not provide the underlying LLM models.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. TrustChain AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your authentication credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat any security or rate-limiting mechanisms.
  • Use the proxy to intentionally circumvent the Terms of Service of the underlying LLM providers.

4. Compliance and Liability

While TrustChain AI provides tools to assist with compliance (e.g., PII redaction), we do not guarantee absolute compliance with any specific law or regulation (including HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS). The Services are provided as a supplementary security measure. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your application complies with applicable laws.

5. Payment and Billing

Fees for the Services are based on your selected subscription plan and API usage. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
